1.USER REGISTRATION, PASSWORD AND SECURITY
1.1 For the first-time order, customers must a.) Agree this terms and conditions b.) Register in advance and login in to enjoy the service.

All Information you provided to us will be collected and will be used for the purposes of collecting data for identity ratification, keep updating you our latest products and services, maintaining contact lists for correspondence, compiling aggregate statistics on website usage, processing your purchase orders and rendering services such as warranty and after sales services.
1.3 If customers provide incorrect or misleading information which causes any loss to our company, we reserve the right to terminate your registration or take legal action against you.
1.4 Please keep your password safe and ensure that it cannot be easily figured out by a third party. We do not responsible in case of any loss due to losing the password.
2.1 The amount charged to the customer will be the total sum of the merchandise plus the shipping charges

2.3 Delivery only occurs after confirmation of full payment.
3. Ordering Notification
3.1 As stock information is not operating in “Real-time” basis. Even customer has received the mail of “Transaction competed”, there may be instances where stock of partial order has been run out. We will notice customers immediately and discuss the delivery arrangement.
3.2 In case of any problems which may cause by delivery delay, customers may cancel that order. For details please contact us.
3.3 In the event that delivery could not be completed due to an error in the customer's data entry, we will bear no responsibility. If the customer would like to have the order re-shipping to the correct address, then we will ask the customer to pay the actual, full price of the shipping costs.
3.4 Once the order has been confirmed, order contents and the shipping address information cannot be changed.
3.5 We ask that customers please investigate the rules and regulations regarding importing into their country, including goods restricted for import, before placing an order. In the unlikely event that an ordered item is not allowed for import into the customer's country, we cannot accept responsibility for the item. We will provide neither refunds nor exchanges to the customer for the item or cost of delivery. We reserve the right to combine multiple orders from the same customer, and ship them together as one unit.
3.6 We will consolidate multiple orders as one delivery orders if there are sharing the same delivery address.
3.7 In case of any dispute, YPT Online' determination shall be final.
4. Delivery fee and arrangement
4.1 After confirmation of the orders, goods will be delivered within 2-5 working days (except public holidays, Sundays and Saturdays). Any delay caused by stock, product category or orders overload.
4.2 Shipping and handling are charged base on the net amount of ordered merchandise.
4.3 Delivery service is only available on Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories (except Lantau Island, Airport and Outer Islands etc.)
4.4 Delivery is arranged on Mondays to Fridays, but not include on Saturdays, Sundays and
4.5 If delivery is delayed, postponed or cancelled due to traffic jams, poor weather, district limitation or other uncontrollable factors, we shall not be liable for any loss or damage, no matter whether the factor which causes the delay, postponement or cancellation is within the control of YPT Online or not.
5. Customers duties and export certifications (For Overseas Orders Only)
5.1 Orders may be subject to import tax, value-added tax, customs handling fees, and/or postal fees in some countries or regions. In this case, customer (or the recipient) should be responsible for the payment of for any such taxes or fees. We are not liaise to these expenses or charges.
5.2 In the event that the delivery of an order is delayed due to customs clearance, we will bear no responsibility for it.
5.3 We will not issue any certificate of export documents, such as certificate of country of origin, or visas…etc.
6.1 Members should immediately amend personal details if there are any changes in your registered information with us, such as name and address details, if incurred.
6.2 We may terminate customers’ account in an unwanted situation if arises. In this case, original purchase contract already in effect will be continued.
6.3 We will not bear responsible for any damages incurred except for those resulting from the purchase contract between the Customer and us.
6.4 Any problems that may arise between us and a Customer in connection with the sale of merchandise should be subject to the jurisdiction under relevant HKSAR law.
6.5 Where this is disclaimer between the languages, the Chinese version is the governing version and shall prevail whenever there is a discrepancy between the two versions.
